Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of growmywealthchallenge.com and to any ticket, program, or product you purchase from Mom Boss Circle ("we," "us," or "our"), including the Grow My Wealth Masterclass and the Grow My Wealth Accelerator. By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our events and products

• Grow My Wealth Masterclass ($47): a live 2-hour virtual masterclass on Wednesday, December 9, 2026, 7:00–9:00 PM ET. Your ticket includes the live session, the replay for 30 days (until January 9, 2027), the Wealth Growth Plan workbook, and access to the Millionaire Mindset Makeover audio series.
• Grow My Wealth Accelerator ($299): three live 90-minute virtual sessions, Tuesday through Thursday, January 12–14, 2027, 12:00–1:30 PM ET, with session recordings included.

Dates and times are listed in Eastern Time. If we need to reschedule a live session, we will notify you by email with the new date, and your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled session and its replay.

2. Payments

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (such as Stripe) or by Eventbrite if you purchase there. By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

3. All sales are final

All purchases are final and non-refundable, including tickets for events you are unable to attend live. Replays are provided so you do not miss the content. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] before contacting your bank so we can resolve it quickly.

4. Access to live sessions and materials

Your access is personal and non-transferable. Join links, replay links, and audio portal logins are for the purchaser only and may not be shared. We may refuse or remove access, without refund, for anyone who shares access or violates these Terms. Live sessions are accessed through our Zoom access pages using the email address you purchased with.

5. Recordings

Live sessions are recorded so we can provide replays. By joining, you agree that your name, image, voice, and chat or Q&A comments may appear in the recording. If you prefer not to appear, you may keep your camera off and use only your first name or initials as your display name.

6. Intellectual property

All event content, including presentations, recordings, workbooks, audio, templates, and written materials, belongs to Mom Boss Circle or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning. You may not copy, record, resell, share, publish, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

7. Community conduct

We want every session to be respectful and valuable. Harassment, hate speech, spam, unsolicited promotion, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. We may remove anyone who does not follow these guidelines, without refund.

8. Earnings and results disclaimer

Our events and programs are for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any income, savings, or financial result. Any examples of income or results are illustrations only and are not typical. Your results depend on your own effort, experience, decisions, and circumstances.

Nothing we provide is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

9. Communications

By purchasing or registering, you agree to receive emails related to your purchase, including confirmations, reminders, and access links. If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive event-related texts; message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out at any time. 10. Third-party platforms

We use third-party platforms such as Zoom, Eventbrite, Stripe, and HighLevel to deliver our events and services. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for their availability, outages, or technical issues, though we will do our best to help you access your content.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website, events, and materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mom Boss Circle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, events, or materials. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mom Boss Circle and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of our materials or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Purchases are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
