• Order details: what you purchased and when. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
• Event activity: whether you joined a live session, and anything you choose to share in chat or Q&A.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or in reply to our messages.

We also collect some information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and email opens and clicks, using cookies and similar technologies.

• To process your order and deliver what you purchased, including event access, the replay, the workbook, and the bonus audio series.
• To send confirmations, reminders, access links, and other event-related emails and text messages.

3. Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we will send event reminders and updates, such as "we go live in 1 hour." Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business and events, and only as needed to provide their services. These include our website, CRM, and email and SMS platform (HighLevel), our payment processors (such as Stripe), our video platform (Zoom), our ticketing platform (Eventbrite), and the secure login provider for our audio portal (Supabase).

We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
